AI agent Finn has started at North Sailing Húsavík
The AI agent Finn recently started at North Sailing Húsavík, one of Iceland's largest whale watching companies, operating in Húsavík since 1995.
Finn is an excellent service agent who answers customer questions instantly and also helps with their requests, such as booking tours, changing bookings and cancelling them.
Congratulations to North Sailing Húsavík on their new service agent.
You can chat with Finn directly on North Sailing's website.
