Menni and Friðheimar start working together
AI company Menni and Friðheimar have started a partnership that marks a milestone for restaurant service in Iceland. Friðheimar becomes the country's first restaurant to introduce a dedicated AI agent that answers questions and helps customers around the clock.
Menni has developed and launched the chatbot Fríða on Friðheimar's website. Fríða helps guests with bookings, the programme and answers to common questions, from the menu and opening hours to the venue's special services. Customers get answers without waiting, whatever the time.
