Menni signs a partnership agreement with the Icelandic Association of the Blind
Menni has signed a partnership agreement with the Icelandic Association of the Blind (Blindrafélagið). The agreement covers the launch of Raddmenni, an AI solution that answers and resolves enquiries from the association's members by phone, around the clock.
The solution is a big step toward better digital access for members and anyone looking for information about the association's services.
Raddmenni makes information and documents that used to be hard or impossible for blind and visually impaired people to reach easier to access.
Menni's staff are donating their work on the setup and hope the service will be live early in the new year.
