Slippfélagið and Menni launch AI-powered customer service partnership
Slippfélagið and Menni have signed a partnership agreement to bring AI into the paint manufacturer's customer service. Vísir reported the news. The solution is set to answer most messages that customers and others send to Slippfélagið.
According to Anna Bergmann, marketing manager of Slippfélagið, the goals are shorter handling times, service around the clock and easier digital access to information for customers in more than 100 languages. She describes the partnership as an important step toward the company's future solutions.
