The dashboard

#Logging in

Go to app.menni.ai to log in to the dashboard, or click Login on menni.is.

The dashboard has three tabs:

• AnalyticsStatistics for your solutions.
• SessionsEvery conversation, question and answer.
• InteractionsAll questions in one place.

#Analytics

Here you see statistics for your solutions.

#Sessions

The Sessions tab lists every conversation that has taken place. Open one to see the questions and the AI's answers.

A red Needs update label means the knowledge base is missing information for that question. Choose Needs Improvement in the Knowledge Base filter to show only conversations that need a knowledge base update.

#Interactions

The Interactions tab gives an overview of every question, along with whether it needs a knowledge base update.

#How to improve an answer

   Open the Interactions tab.

2. 2

   Choose Needs Improvement in the Knowledge Base filter to see only questions that need updating.

3. 3

   Click Improve Response under the question and write a note on what the answer should be.
