Add the snippet to your site footer so the assistant appears on every page.

In your WordPress admin, go to Appearance → Theme File Editor, or install a plugin such as WPCode or Insert Headers and Footers, which is the safer route.
Paste the snippet below into the Footer field, so it loads on every page.
Save, then reload your site in a private browsing window.
