Common problems, what they mean and what to do.
No launcher appears
The snippet or component is not on the page. Confirm it sits in the template shared by every page, and check the widget ID for stray spaces or quote marks.
“Access Denied”
The request came from a domain that is not on your approved list. This is expected on staging and preview URLs. Send us the domain and we will add it.
It answers, but integration questions fail
The integration needs attention at our end, not yours. Contact us and we will check your stored credentials.
The old version is still showing
A cached build or CDN copy. Hard refresh (Cmd/Ctrl + Shift + R), then clear your CDN cache if you use one.
A deprecation warning about secretKey
An old property is still present somewhere in your code. Nothing is broken, since version 3 still accepts it, but search your project and remove the last of them. See what to remove.
