Choose your installation method
Find your platform, then follow only that guide.
There are two ways to install the assistant. Both produce exactly the same result, so pick whichever matches how your website is built.
- Option 1The snippetA few lines of HTML pasted into your site once. Works on any website, including WordPress, Squarespace, Webflow, Wix and Shopify. No build step and no developer tooling.
- Option 2The npm packageA component installed into a React, Next.js or Vue application. Choose this if your site is a JavaScript application and you want the assistant managed alongside your other components.
