Google Tag Manager

Add the assistant as a Custom HTML tag that fires on every page.

In GTM, create a new Tag and choose Custom HTML.
Paste the snippet below into the HTML field.
Set the trigger to All Pages.
Save, use Preview to confirm the launcher appears, then Submit to publish.
